M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle BAR. The BAR did not become standard US Army issue until 1938. With its roots in 1917 it was still in limited use in the Vietnam War.
These rifles are tough rubber copies of an original rifle moulded over a steel wire frame with painted body. They all show signs of wear and use and may have some minor damage as they were used in the making of the 1998 film ‘Saving Private Ryan' and the 2001 TV series ‘Band of Brothers’. A certificate of authenticity can be provided if required.
